In some circumstances it can save you a lot of money as is demonstrated in a personal business dealing that nearly went awry for him. A huge benefit of getting the clarification you need is being able to get things done right the first time. Russell also shares ways to ask questions so that the person being asked does not feel belittled or take offense.
