We have all been on a team, or tried to do the project with other people that failed because no one would work as hard as we did.

Everyone of us has asked for help and then been let down. Some of us, myself included, have had a hard time understanding how to even access help growing up.

All of this leads to difficulty in building a team, and becoming a transformational leader. Once we understand this difficulty and realize that if we are vulnerable with our team, they can actually help us when we need it the most and everything gets easier.
