Angst is an inevitable part of life. This is especially true when you're pushing yourself in different areas of your life.
Most of us fully appreciate the fact that we do our best when we're forced to. That's when we demand the most out of ourselves. That's when we're our most resourceful. That's when we'll use our willpower, focus, energy, and time most effectively.
It's just so darn painful at times, right?
