In what will most likely go down as our goofiest episode to date, we explore the Reefer Epidemic that is threatening every single innocent child in this great nation of the U.S. of A.
Thanks to the infallible truth presented to us by William Randolph Hearst, we present the TRUTH in the form of "Reefer Madness: The Musical."
While not technically a horror film (more of a musical/comedy with horror elements), we felt that our first 4/20 episode would be remiss to not discuss this gem of a film based on the 1936 exploitation film of the same name.
It's got music! Comedy! Zombies! Cannibalism!! It's really a perfect film, a true classic.
All that and more including our weekly dose of Horrorfied News and our Tales from the Strange and Unnatural. Plus, special appearances from acclaimed theatre director Denton Terwilliger, David R. Mitchell, H.R. Giger, and MORE!
So roll up the fattest blunt, pack the dankest of bowls, swim in the cool stream of cannabis' embrace, don your finest 1930's era fraternity sweater, and get ready for a trip that will blow and expand your mind.
Happy 4/20, Creeps! Smoke'em if ya got 'em! Legalize it!
