So how are you spending your moments?

Being confession day, I gotta tell you that it's been a LONG week! Between the children's activities, homework, special school projects, finals, performances, and then the "adult" responsibilities of prepping the house for spring.This week's tone has been hitting the grindstone, even with my mom in town.

Last night was a LATE night. But when everyone else was settling down, I overheard my husband say to our son, "Are you done with your project?" He happily responded, "YES!"

It's what happened next that captured my focus. "Great! How about a few minutes with me. I need my Noah time!"

WOW!! With everyone exhausted from an extended LONG day, it took a moment to say, "You matter."

What are you leaving behind in your day because you let so many other things, that seem important, distract you?

"It takes a moment to make a moment!"

Make time for those you love. Make an effort to include them in your "grindstone day". Make a moment. "It doesn't require money. It requires your heart!"
