Dicks and Walmart are being sued for refusing a rifle sale in Oregon.  Open and shut, right?  They have the right to refuse a sale to anyone.  Well, federally you are correct, but maybe not on a state level.  We will break it all down for you! The NAACP is pushing for a gun confiscation.  That wouldn't start a civil war!  Let's talk about it. So the kid the flew the ISIS flag last month in Utah tried to blow up his school, but his bomb-making skills sucked.  Why isn't this a bigger story than it is?  It was in a bomb free zone. Did Kelley Ann Conway violate the Hatch Act?  I don't think so.  Maybe you do.
