MTT Coach Gareth James and Peak Performance Consultant Dr. Tricia Cardner kicked Episode 39 off with Tricia and Gareth discussing his recent trip to the Irish Open. He had a great time and it is definitely a warm-up for the summer!
He also shared a question from one of his group members about why we often get defensive and feel the need to explain ourselves at the table. We considered several relevant theories and offer suggestions as to changing that mindset.
Tricia then tackled a question from one of her group members about running out of willpower during the late stages of an MTT. We discussed how to optimize the brain in order to stay in the zone longer.
