First, I want to say a massive thank you to everybody who's taken to social media to say 'well done' for my PB at Rotterdam Marathon last weekend. The legs are a little sore still, but I'm a happy boy!
In this follow-up episode to yesterday's more complete debrief, I wanted to talk a little about how I went about losing 10kg in my preparation for Rotterdam Marathon. The mileage certainly helped, but it was the changes to my nutritional habits that made all the difference!
