In this episode of my daily running podcast, I wanted to share a really helpful resource with you! Determining your training paces can be tricky. However there are handy online pacing calculators like the Jack Daniels VDot Calculator (linked below) which allow you to input a recent race finish-time, in order to then extrapolate your marathon training paces, and target race pace.
