Pacing is a work in progress for most of us runners. It's amazing how the elites are so fine-tuned in terms of being able to run a given pace on demand, whether they're doing intervals or a specific tempo workout.
In today's episode, I describe a simple experiment you can try to get a feel for your own pace judgement, and subsequently work on developing awareness of your own pacing.
