Fear disappears when you focus on serving others

Welcome everybody, another episode of 5-minute Friday. This time I’ll be talking about the antidote to any fear in your business/life --- and that is SERVICE.

Oftentimes leaders have this “success mindset”, and all they think about is what they can get from the business. This doesn’t just build ego, it also definitely builds fear. Leaders with this mindset don’t venture on new things because they are afraid of failure. If you want to defeat fear, focus on serving others. Shift to building that legacy leadership - what impact can you give to the lives of other people?

 

Whatever fear you have right now, you are meant to do that

I want to share you a story, during my early days in networking marketing business, I was a disaster. I fear so many things and I’m unwilling to face those fears. But everything changed and fear disappeared when I got crystal clear that I am here to help people be successful. This is what I learned; fear is a call from the universe to guide you to your true purpose. If you shift your focus to other people, you will discover greatness in you. All you need to do is the courage to take that first step.ss
