The first meal prep she did was for her bedridden dad. She learned the art of meal prepping through the most difficult days. Her dad was under the impression that the food was prepped at a restaurant because of the outstanding presentation. When he found out it was prepped by his daughter, he was amazed and encouraged her to expand on her God-given talent and live her passion. That encouragement was the turning point. Now, Nchimunya is busy working on her first book to help others with meal prepping and understanding the magic power of maintaining and organizing the fridge.
