Bryan and Peter finally make it back to the studio at the Boston Public Library where they are joined by Social Media Guru Anna Brooks, who just completed her second BAA 10K. They talk about the race experience, Peter and Bryan's sweaty view from the sidelines, and the secrets of the team tents. Bryan shares the unique pre-race regimen that helped Artist-in-Residence Andrea Bonney Gould crush the BAA 10K, and Peter gives an update from the medical tent on his Boilermaker 15K training. Then, we Follow the Cent to Kansas City where Vinnie Cent sits down with recently retired NP Kansas City co-leader John Kohler. John describes how his experience at the Boston Marathon in 2013, the year of the bombing, led him to connect with fellow runners on social media, and how that eventually helped him discover November Project (and starts a new tribe in Kansas City). He also talks about the afterschool program he started to get kids more active and about the importance of challenging ourselves to move out of our comfort zone.
