Key Business Stages: Launch, Build, Run & Renew

In this episode, I go into a deeper dive related to the specific business stages within a business life cycle. These business stages were highlighted in a WEF Report in 2014 that also focused on the hallmarks of high impact entrepreneurs and high impact business enterprises. The 2014 WEF report stated that high impact businesses are acutely aware of where they are in the life cycle of their business. When I work with businesses seeking to scale-up, a key diagnostic tool I use is determining whether or not the leaders even know where they are in the life cycle of the business. Believe it or not, this is a KEY indicator of the capacity of the business leader and business to scale-up.
