Yet another episode with Peg Bowen, and it's a thoroughly enjoyable romp through Avonlea! Although Hetty's demeanor leaves a lot to be desired as she continuously picks on poor Felix for not being able to spell words properly. So, what's really happening here is that Hetty is a completely ineffective teacher, otherwise Felix would be able to spell correctly!
