For those who aren't familiar with or are thinking, "What the heck is a Ketogenic Diet?" it's a low carb, high fat and moderate protein diet. It's where we train our bodies to use fat (ketones) as fuel, rather than sugar/carbs (glucose) as a fuel source. Personally, I don't like to call it a diet; it's more so a way of eating that supports optimum health. So don't freak out and run for the hills if you think this is another fad.
