“I suggest to people, learn something new you’ve never done before for 30 minutes, to stretch those boundaries to train your mind to be better.”
- Raz Chan, The Moment HQ podcast
Raz Chan is an award winning author, coach, martial arts champion and expert on maximising human potential. Raz is on a mission to help foster human excellence in youth around the world so that they can realise their dreams.
His life lessons in determination, will power, and resilience began in 1979 at the age of 10 when his father lost the family savings to bankruptcy. Money was scarce for many years and sacrificing a normal childhood was expected for the greater good of the family. Raz spent the majority of my childhood working 14 hour days along the side with my father, mother and siblings to help make a living. Home life was turbulent and he was bullied at school.
Despite this experience and all his wonderful success today, Raz remains humble and exudes a warm and kind nature. He’s a wonderfully grounded guy.
