We’ve all been there right. Working so hard for what we want feeling like we are stronger than ever, then one landing, one step, one tackle changes it all. We have to regain our belief not only in our path, but in our body again.
Today I had the pleasure to talk to Angela Gargano, a fitness expert and American Ninja Warrior competitor. We talk about Angelas love for gymnastics growing up, how she attributes her fitness career and passion to tearing her ACL in college, and how now, years later, she is going through the process again. How she has learned from the first time, what she hopes to pass on to others going through rehab, how vulnerability reflects strength, and how she is continuing to work out in the midst of her rehab process.
From Angela:
