Summer has officially arrived which means: hot weather, BBQ's, traveling and swimsuits. This is also a time where we can easily get off track of our wellness routines. Let's face it, it's hot and we rather sit poolside with some good bbq and a drink than hit the gym. I don't blame you but rather than throwing in the towel during the warmer months, let's focus on ways you can maintain your wellness routine all summer long.
