Recipe Equipment and Ingredients:
Medium saucepan with lid Hand strainer lined with cheesecloth Glass measuring cup Jar with lid Rose petals 1/2 cup 12 ounces water 1/4 cup (50g) sugar 1/4 cup (3oz) honey 1 Tablespoon Brandy (optional)Other ideas for using rose petals: rose petal honey; rose brandy
