Real World Solar Economics with Tom Beach

I often get questions regarding regulatory issues as they relate to solar economics, so this week we are talking about how great energy policies are made. Things like energy deregulation, solar investment tax credit, the California Solar Initiative, Energy Star Appliances and Title 24. But I hate to let you down, these great energy policies don’t magically spring from the brains of our politicians. There is a lot of analysis and legal “arm wrestling” and straight out lobbying that goes into these good energy policies. There is a few companies that specialize in the types of analysis that’s required to put together good policies. One of the best policy companies is Cross Border Energy based in Berkeley California.
