Zoe Ottaway previously worked in Marketing roles with Little Creatures and Mountain Goat, and now she is co-owner of Totem Marketing. He aim now is to help craft breweries connect with their consumers in a targeted and effective way, and she is very passionate about it.

In this episode we talk about some of the challenges facing breweries in the marketing space and how to navigate them. Zoe talks about some of her favourite brands, the importance of remaining authentic in a cluttered marketplace, telling stories to build a brand, and something called being "Flawesome".
