In this episode, I discuss one of my own research papers in which my co-author and I explore the theoretical determinants that help to explain coaching effectiveness. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes a translation of the seven key constructs that explain effective coaching into recommendations for practice. Please note that this episode is split into two parts.
The study I am discussing in this episode is: Bozer, G., & Jones, R. J. (2018). Understanding the factors that determine workplace coaching effectiveness: A systematic literature review.
