The topic makes its way into almost every one of the Queens Stand Up Shows and the more we learn about the mind, the more we understand why the discussions around the topic of mental health have increased. The way we think, the way we interpret what is communicated to us, and the thoughts that linger in our minds directly, shape, and ultimately create the reality we experience, the people we attract, and the health of our relationships.
