Kim talks about finding freelance writing gigs for the first time, how to pitch proposals to clients you want to work with, and always turning over stones to find the best story. 

Freelance writing provided a way for Alyssa and me to make money outside of our normal income before we hit the road. While freelance writing is a great way to make extra income, I just want to give you a few things to keep in mind if you're interested in finding freelance writing gigs from the road.
