NASCAR Hall of Famer Ned Jarrett concludes his three-part interview with memories of interviewing President Ronald Reagan and his call at the end of the 1993 Daytona 500, won by his own son, Dale. Co-host Steve Waid remembers the Reagan interview, and a near-international incident involving his good friend Tom Higgins and driver Ken Ragan. After determining where Jarrett's call of his son's first Daytona 500 win ranks in NASCAR broadcasting lore, Rick and Steve turn their attention to a 1994 incident at Richmond involving Jeff Burton and a similar situation that took place several years later during a Busch Series race at Kentucky.
