It's surprising that more than half of the US population struggles to fall asleep and stay asleep. Are you getting adequate sleep? If you are not getting 7-8 hours of sleep and wake up feeling groggy then this episode is for you.
I share my tips to help you fall and stay asleep so you can wake up and feel like you can conquer the world. I also share some of my favorite recipes to help you have a restful night.
Sweet Dream Rollerball:
2 drops Cedarwood
2 drops Wild Orange
1 drop Yland Ylang
4 drops Lavender
Sweet Slumber:
3 drops Bergamont
2 Drops Cedarwood
1 Drop Marjoram

Caffeine-Free Chai Latte
Serves 1-2
1 bag of rooibos chai tea (rooibos is naturally caffeine-free)
2 cups of boiling water
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon almond butter (creamy is preferred)
2 dates (optional)
Cover the teabag and dates (if using) with 2 cups of boiling water and steep for a few minutes.
Discard the tea bag & place tea, soaked dates, tahini & almond butter into a blender.
Blend until creamy.
