Expressing gratitude can highten your happiness. I took part of a 21 day gratitude challenge a year ago and it really changed my view on life. Since then I do a daily gratitude list to remind myself of all the amazing things that have happened to me and the lessons I learned from the not so great moments. With this being November I decided to challenge myself to a 30 day gratitude challenge. I am challenging you to do the same.
