To find success, you really need the ability to change situationally. Not major changes (unless forced) but adapting along the way. Everyone I had interactions with this week needed to make changes in their organization. Some big, some small some just being open to new things. If any of them had a "how we've always done it" attitude they would have set themselves and their organizations back. Being open to change, listening to collaborative ideas and allowing the problem to be solved instead of insisting they were right was the best, most successful way to solve the problems at hand. Anyone can hold themselves back be being selfish and unbendable. Instead, look for ways to incorporate input from others to open yourself up to better ideas. You can always go back to the "old" way of doing things later if it doesn't work out, BUT you will never find a better way to do thongs without being open to the process. Until next week, good luck!
