361 - Redeployment Should Be Real

I want to be clear, redeployment is not easy, it's very frustrating.  If it gets easy for you then you're probably doing it wrong. . When you find yourself in a redeployment situation it's important to be clear, transparent and real.  Going in it's one of the hardest conversations to have but once it's done the feeling of relief is massive.
