Too many of us know what to NOT eat but have no idea what our body actually needs nutritionally to thrive.
So a lot of us going on a diet eliminate a bunch of stuff swapping it for smth better but still nutritionally unbalanced, still staying malnourished with all kinds of health and performance problems, low on energy, hungrier than ever. Why bother then right?
