You might think it's funny but these are the most often questions I get, questions that I'm afraid to answer...
Why?
Because when I tell people, that meat is ok and for the fastest and most effective weight loss they need to cut the carbs - people starting eating ALL kind of meats in the amounts and quality that in my mind are obviously NOT good, completely skipping VERY important things like fresh leafy greens and colorful vegetables! When did I say that?!
Quality matters.
Quantity matters.
Details matter.
Is bacon OK?
From healthy animals, a couple of times a week, 50 g or so. Yes.
Is chese OK?
A 30-40 g of good quality cheese with dinner or coffee, sure!
Every day as your meal, half a pound .... not really. Especially if you are not in your PRIME METABOLIC HEALTH.
Do you need to eat organic? Wild, pasture-raised etc.?
Yes, if you want to succeed, if you want to look good, feel good and live long. If you are eating toxins with the "healthiest" foods all the time - please do not expect to thrive and hit all your goals, weight loss, energy, health etc.
