Here is how I celebrate Valentine's Day - DELICIOUSLY burning more fat to prep for Sports Model Stage in a month, boosting my brain power and.... well, enjoying myself ;)
For my favorite recipe you'll need:
Sweet and red organic strawberries - the bigger the better
Unsweetened dark chocolate chips (I get mine from a chocolatier)
Natural sugar substitute
Vanilla (natural, powder, for chocolate to stay solid it's important to NOT add any liquids! sweeteners or vanilla)
Coconut shaving, crushed nuts for decoration, cacao nibs, chocolate shavings
Directions:
Prepare the strawberries, leaving the stems on to make dipping and eating easier
Melt your chocolate - don't burn it! Melt it just enough to start dipping
Add and dissolve your sweetener
Add vanilla
Dip your strawberries placing them on a prepared tray or plate
Cover with decorations of your choice
Put strawberries into the fridge to solidify
ENJOY!!!
