6 Meals a Day VS 1-2 Meals a Day. For Weightloss.
When it comes to weight loss, getting your body into "starvation" mode (even though it does NOT happen as fast as skipping a meal) is actually a good thing. Because then your body gets more efficient at burning fat for fuel - and that's what you want when you are in the process of losing weight. That, and keeping your muscles to help with burning fat even more by engaging in weight/resistance training.
