And if that sounds fancy, it's actually very practical and useful. It takes the complication OUT of self-care and any idea of personal growth meaning we need to fix or change who we are. It simplifies decision making as we learn how our own bodies speak to us. More than anything it's about letting ourselves BE who we are and letting others be who THEY are.
This is definitely not a personality typing situation, and while there are 5 types with many many nuances among them, they are really about how you engage with Life. And as we're engaging with life, of course, we're engaging with food and there are different ways that each of us are going to be most supported in listening to our bodies rather than being slaves to diets.
At it's heart, it's about ease and freedom and the way Jenna presents it is unlike any other teacher I've seen.
