Episode 123 – The Energy Audit, with Trevor Mauch   Finding energy in your work can be the key to unlocking your full potential. Trevor Mauch struggled with this for a long time, until his mentor taught him that energy-producing work is the key to unlocking your full potential. Because of this, he encourages everyone to do what is called an Energy Audit. This is done by first grabbing a piece of paper and drawing a line down the middle. Then,  list all the activities in your life that give you energy and fulfillment and all the energy draining activities on opposite sides of the line. For Trevor, most of the work and activities he was doing were draining his energy. It was at this point that he decided that every quarter, he was going to move the needle just a little bit and shift the balance of activities from energy-draining to energy-giving by outsourcing work and engaging in more meaningful and interesting work to him. Today, Trevor has much more energy giving work on his chart then energy draining and he is here to share this strategy with the Two- Brain family!
