Do you believe there is such a thing as a quick fix?
I see this all the time in sport, people are looking for quick fixes. And you know why they want a quick fix? Because they are panicking.
You've got to get the basics right. If the foundations are in place - you won't panic and you won't be searching for a quick fix.
Here's the solution to the Quick Fix Mentality;
1. Learn the skills properly.
2. Practice, Practice, Practice.
3. Check In With Your Coach.
4. Practice, Practice, Practice.
5. Keep Checking In With Your Coach.
The big goals you want are marathons not sprints. It is a process and will take time to get there.
