About Caitlin:
Caitlin Faas, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of psychology and life coach who is committed to helping busy professionals be their best selves on their academic path. Common issues include: feeling like a fraud, procrastination, and feeling stuck on next steps. As a speaker, she presents on generational issues with expertise in millennials and emerging adulthood, goal setting, and career development. She has extensive experience with various research methodologies, data analyses, and program evaluation. She earned her M.S. (2010) and Ph.D. (2013) from Virginia Tech in Human Development and Family Studies. She has co-authored over 13 peer-reviewed manuscripts and continues to work on Open Science initiatives. And finally, her tenure packet is submitted!
