Ahhhhh! STRESS. If you've never been stressed out you are either, not human, or you've achieved an extreme level of enlightenment and your brain should be studied in a lab. Stress is a natural survival response from millions of years of evolution. It serves us well in some situations, and in others it can be quite destructive. In particular, stress can put a huge damper on the relationships in your life. Use the tips in this episode to deal with stress in a way that does not negatively affect your relationships.
