Supreme Court Lawyer Ninad Laud joins host Pavan Srinath on Episode 73 of the Pragati Podcast to talk about PILs, the NGT and overall environmental governance in India.
Ninad Laud is a lawyer practicing at the Supreme Court. His core areas of practice are mining, environment and economic offences, apart from general commercial litigation. He has had his share of public interest litigation, and was the lawyer for Shreya Singhal in the celebrated case where the Supreme Court struck down Sec. 66A of the Information Technology Act.
