This week I chat to Fiona Munro who has been on a remarkable journey after being diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. She used her blog and social media to document her thoughts, feelings, treatment and operations, with absolute honest and positivity. This is without doubt the most uplifting conversation I've ever had about cancer.
