December 31: Broncos Fire Vance Joseph, Chris Harris/Emmanuel Sanders Interviews, End Of The Year Press Conference: John Elway and Joe Ellis

It was a busy day in the NFL for Black Monday as multiple Head Coaches were dismissed from their positions including now former Broncos Head Coach Vance Joseph. Joseph went 11-21 in his 2 year career with the Broncos.

With the move - the Broncos are now in search for their next Head Coach who has a high standard to live up to for winning football games.

We hear from Chris Harris Jr and Emmanuel Sanders who talk about what the Broncos will do next and what that means for their careers going forward in Orange and Blue. 

We also hear from VP Of Football Operations and GM John Elway and President of Football Operations Joe Ellis on the reasons they made the decision to move on from Vance Joseph and what they are looking for in the next candidate for their end of the year press conference.
