I don't know about you but I am not a fan of setting resolutions. I never really liked it because I felt bad when I did not follow though on it and really it had a negative feeling behind them. Instead, I love to set intentions and goals for the year and this year I have some very big goals for my personal life and my business.
This week I tell you why I do not like to set resolutions and why i am a huge fan of goal setting and setting intentions. I also share with you my goals for 2019 because I truly believe that when you share them with the world then you are more likely to follow though. It is an added level of accountability.
