Vicky has been a Customer Service Representative at Nussbaum Transportation for 30 years, but with her husband’s health issues and the Lord tugging at her heart, she determined that now was the time to leave.

She’s no stranger to the difficulties of being a driver’s spouse, the heartache of illnesses, and the anxiety of new places and new systems. But she also enlightens listeners on the brilliance of her smile, the joy of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her recipe to success in customer service and the trucking industry.
