Silje Torp er skuespiller, personlig trener, mentaltrener og nå også forfatter av boken Sterk med Strikk. Jeg besøkte henne hjemme på Nesodden, fikk se hennes treningsrom/soverom og pratet om sammenhengen mellom å være sterk i kroppen og sterk i hodet.
