FOODS AND ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE LIBIDO
If you are like me, you have experienced or going thru right now a deep slump
and youre not feeling like yourself these days
that can be do to a myriad of things like work, fatigue, kids, job/life change, etc can cause you
to feel undesirable and unattractive for some time and its hard to get it back it
seems
so for us we have to get active about getting our mojo/swing/sex drive back
remember when we were young and it took nothing for us to get wound up.
but when you get older and life knocks you out you dont wanna do SHIT!!!
Lethargy will be at an all time high!!
LOL!!!!
Well fortunately for us, we have to use some reinforcements. We cant just up and
get back into the swing of things. We cannot just fuck our problems away.
At this age, these problems can almost take you OUT energetically and it happened
to me. But I feel it coming back tho!
Ok so I have a list of foods you can eat to start getting that "feeling"
back. You will thank me later!!!!
Since I love to eat
1. Strawberries : they are packed with zinc that help regulate mens bodies
with testoterone needed for sperm production; also they hae antioxidants
that helps with blood flow to the genitals
2. Watermelon: some call it natural viagara...that contains citrulline...
a compound that that helps the body relax increases blood flow throughout the body
3. Dark Chocolate: Contains Phenylethylamine that help release endorphins into the
bloodstream
4. Asparagus!!: contains Folate: a B vitamin that creates histamine thats released during
guess what ORGASMS!!!!!!!
5. Warm Spices: Turns out there’s a reason people refer to “spicing things up”
n the bedroom. Cayenne produces heat by increasing circulation and blood flow.
Nutmeg and cinnamon are used in many cultures as an aphrodisiac.
Just the aroma of the these spices could improve your mood, soothe nerves,
and spark your sex drive
6.Raw oysters
This is one of the best known aphrodisiacs. Oysters are rich in zinc
and help increase sperm and testosterone production.
