Mr. Frank talks to Ira to find out what has made the new zine a big hit. We learn about the Zine scene in Bizarro that Ira is trying to curate. In addition Mr. Frank gets befuddled (this is the first time in Bizzong history that the world befuddled has been used) by all the media that Ira Rat utilizes to curate his multi-media empire built on Bizarre!
