In this episode we had the pleasure talking with Jennifer Solberg Katzman. Jennifer is the co-founder and distiller behind Rhine Hall Distillery located in Chicago IL. They are best know for their brandies. We did a deep dive into Rhine Hall and how it got its start, how to staying in your lane and being true to what you do best is how trully things become succesful. We talked about the 3-Tier system versus Direct to Consumer. We also talked about her view on the brandy demand in the US, and how going through some of the challenges makes you a better person and better in business.
