Living with autism may be difficult for people, here I discuss my personal story of growing up and living with autism in my life experience.
Living with autism can be a struggle and also manageable if you know how. I try my best every day to make living with autism not a struggle for me because I want to improve all the time.
I am sharing in this video what it is like living with autism from my perspective, not a BBC documentary or a short film, but a real life sit down conversation about living with autism and having an autism spectrum disorder.
Lots of people want to know what it’s like to live with autism, and what does autism look like. Well to be honest it is just like anyone else, living with autism is different to that of a neurotypical person but it is just as diverse as any other condition in the world.
I find that autism and Aspergers Syndrome are superpowers and thus can be empowering. I talk about these “autism symptoms” in this interview and how they impact living with autism.
So what is life like for autistic people and people on the autism spectrum as a hole? It is simple, everyone is individual and that is no exception for autism. Like you have heard before, if you have met one person with autism you have only met one person with autism.
People are so diverse with their needs, that every experience of living with autism is different for everyone.
So for me and my experience this is real life for me and this is what living with autism is to me. Please share this video if you think that it could benefit the life of an autistic person.
