In this episode, Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Stephen Manley, who has launched special treatment courts for veterans and the mentally ill, discuss the need for special courts that offer treatment options to veterans and the mentally ill, including help for substance abuse, trauma, and PTSD, with the aim of keeping them out of prison.
